Job description

Responsibilities

  • Ongoing customer support (including explaining the principles of the system to customers),
  • checking and reporting problems reported by the client,
  • software testing,
  • cooperation with the IT department,
  • transferring customer requirements to internal processes.

Position requirements

Requirements:

  • Passion and willingness to work and develop,
  • reliability and accuracy,
  • independence and consistency in action,
  • ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients,
  • the ability to communicate with people,
  • good organization of working time,
  • resistance to stress,
  • experience in working with a client,
  • knowledge of the basics of labor law is welcome.
