WORKSOL Group is a company operating in the HR industry since 2009. We provide staff to leading companies in Poland or carry out orders for them as a responsible subcontractor. Below, we are pleased to present you another job offer for the position of: machine seamstress in an upholstered furniture factory.

About our client

Our client, for whom we carry out the order as a responsible subcontractor, is a very modern workplace. Its production takes place in newly built production halls, thanks to which employees can count on very good working conditions. . The working atmosphere and high culture in relations with superiors will make working here a pleasure.

Position requirements

Your duties will include:
  • sewing furniture covers
  • operating sewing machines for sewing textiles, leather, leather-like materials, etc.
  • selecting needles and threads according to their intended use
  • adjusting the needle bar mechanism
  • thread puller, thread tensioner, looper and stitch length adjustment
  • controlling the operation of the operated machine, the material transport mechanism and the stitch created
  • cleaning and maintaining operated machines and performing simple repairs
  • maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace


Our expectations:

  • manual skills
  • experience as a seamstress
  • efficient and fast hands
  • knowledge of Polish will be an additional advantage

We offer

During the switchover period:

  • hourly salary paid for 2 weeks of training: PLN 20/hour. net
After the transition period:
  • piecework remuneration, i.e. remuneration paid for the number of pieces completed
Attention! Piece remuneration, i.e. for the number of pieces produced, depends only on the employee's capabilities. Monthly piecework wages are as follows: from PLN 3,500 net to PLN 5,500 net.

Additional information:

  • working time: 6 days a week, Monday to Friday: 8-10 hours a day, depending on demand, also work on Saturdays: 6 hours
  • shift work: no shift work
  • form of employment: mandate contract
  • commuting to work: on your own
  • accommodation: organized by us, paid by the employee (from PLN 600 to PLN 800 per month)
  • employee care: care provided by a coordinator who speaks your language
  • place of work: 63-640 Bralin, ul. Namysłowska 9a
  • legalization of stay and work in Poland: possibility of obtaining a residence card/work permit
