WORKSOL Group is a company operating in the HR industry since 2009. We provide personnel to leading companies in Poland or execute orders for them as a responsible subcontractor. Below, we are pleased to present you another job offer for the position of: furniture upholstery in an upholstered furniture factory.

About our client

Our client, for whom we carry out the order as a responsible subcontractor, is a very modern workplace with over 1,500 employees. It carries out its production in newly built production halls, thanks to which employees can count on very good working conditions. Excellent social facilities will make you rest exceptionally well during your break. Material conditions are not the last advantage of working at our client's plant. The work atmosphere and high culture in relations with superiors will make working in this place a pleasure.

Position requirements

Your duties will include:
  • watch the movie and see what your work will be
  • applying upholstery material to the previously prepared furniture frame
  • proper clipping and stretching of the upholstery material, and then fastening with an upholstery gun
  • aesthetic finish of the upholstered furniture and its cleaning
  • maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace

Our expectations:

  • good physical condition
  • no contraindications for standing work
  • no contraindications to lifting weights
  • manual skills
  • efficient and quick hands
  • knowledge of the Polish language will be an advantage

We offer

During the rollover period:

  • hourly remuneration paid for 2 weeks of apprenticeship: PLN 20,35/hour net
After the rollover period:
  • piecework remuneration, i.e. remuneration paid for the number of pieces of furniture made + PLN 200.00 bonus for each full month worked
Attention! Piecework remuneration, i.e. for the number of pieces made, depends only on the employee's capabilities. Monthly piecework remuneration is as follows: from PLN 3,000 net to PLN 6,000 net.

Additional information:

  • working hours: 5 to 6 days a week, Monday to Friday: 8-10 hours a day, depending on demand, also work on Saturdays: 6 hours
  • shift work: no shift work
  • form of employment: mandate contract
  • access to work: provided, free of charge
  • accommodation: organized by us, paid by the employee (from PLN 500 to PLN 700 per month)
  • employee care: care provided by a coordinator who speaks your language
  • legalization of stay and work in Poland: possibility of obtaining a residence card/work permit
