Below we are pleased to present you another job offer for the position of: machine seamstress / machine seamstress in an upholstered furniture factory.

About our client

Our client, for whom we carry out the order as a responsible subcontractor, is a very modern workplace employing over 1,500 people. It carries out its production in newly built production halls, thanks to which employees can count on very good working conditions. Excellent social facilities will make you rest exceptionally well during your break. Material conditions are not the last advantage of working at our client's plant. The working atmosphere and high culture in relations with superiors will make working in this place a pleasure.

Position requirements

!!! Work for women and men !!!

Your duties will include:
  • sewing furniture covers
  • operating sewing machines for sewing textiles, leather, leather-like materials, etc.
  • selecting needles and threads according to their intended use
  • adjusting the needle bar mechanism
  • thread passer, thread tensioner, hook and stitch length adjustment
  • controlling the operation of the operated machine, the material transport mechanism and the created stitch
  • cleaning and maintenance of operated machines and performing simple repairs
  • maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace


Our expectations:

  • manual skills
  • efficient and quick hands
  • knowledge of the Polish language will be an advantage

We offer

During the rollover period:

  • hourly wage paid for 2 weeks of apprenticeship: PLN 20,35/hour net
After the rollover period:
  • piecework remuneration, i.e. remuneration paid for the number of pieces made + PLN 200.00 bonus for each full month worked
Attention! Piecework remuneration, i.e. for the number of pieces made, depends only on the employee's capabilities. Monthly piecework remuneration is as follows: from PLN 3,400 net to PLN 5,500 net.

Additional information:

  • working hours: 5 to 6 days a week, Monday to Friday: 8-10 hours a day, depending on demand, also work on Saturdays: 6 hours
  • shift work: no shift work
  • form of employment: mandate contract
  • access to work: provided, free of charge
  • accommodation: organized by us, paid by the employee (from 650 PLN per month + utilities)
  • employee care: care provided by a coordinator who speaks your language
  • legalization of stay and work in Poland: possibility of obtaining a residence card/work permit
