 WORKSOL Group is a company operating in the HR industry since 2009. We provide staff to leading companies in Poland or carry out orders for them as a responsible subcontractor. Below we are pleased to present you another job offer for the position: Production worker in a furniture factory

About our client

Our client, for whom we carry out the order as a responsible subcontractor, is a very modern workplace. Its production takes place in newly built production halls, thanks to which employees can count on very good working conditions. Excellent social facilities will make a break at work a much-awaited moment for every candidate. In 2021, the company launched the largest investment in history, which included the construction of an office, production and logistics complex. The project includes, among others, four production halls with a total area of 40,000 m2. m. Material conditions are not the last advantage of working for our client. The working atmosphere and high culture in relations with superiors will make working here a pleasure.



Position requirements

Depending on our client's current needs for various job positions, your duties may include:

  • screwing metal elements to furniture frames (so-called frame fittings)
  • operating a machine for assembling furniture frame elements, preparing elements, receiving ready furniture frames
  • loading and transporting finished and packed upholstered furniture
  • packing ready-made upholstered furniture in pairs, covering it with cardboard, wrapping and strapping it, protecting the furniture against damage
  • unloading carpentry frames, unloading from the car and placing the delivered ready frames in the warehouse
  • transport of ready-made furniture frames to upholstery stations
  • assembly of furniture frame elements, nailing wooden elements together with a pneumatic gun
  • production of furniture frame elements
  • sewing furniture covers
  • upholstery - applying foam and fabric to the furniture frame, nailing the material to the frame with staples, checking the correctness of workmanship

  • manual skills
  • efficient and fast hands
  • knowledge of Polish will be an additional advantage

Work also for people WITHOUT EXPERIENCE

We offer

  • hourly salary: PLN 23.5/hour net
  • shift work: 1st shift from 06:00 to 15:00 (9 hours), 2nd shift: from 15:00 to 03:00 (12 hours);
  • employment stability;
  • form of employment: mandate contract.
  • accommodation: organized by us, maximum 500 meters from the factory, paid by the employee PLN 600 per month

  • legalization of stay and work in Poland: possibility of obtaining a residence card/work permit

  • working time: 5 to 6 days a week.
