Our client is a family business that has been operating on the market for several years, covering northern Belgium. The company specializes in demolition, renovation and construction works and employs a dozen or so employees.
Your scope of duties
analyzing working drawings and determining on their basis the location of masonry elements in the building; assessing the suitability of materials for the execution of masonry works; preparation of masonry mortars; operating construction machines used in bricklaying; making solid walls of various thicknesses of various materials; building walls with window and door openings; building walls with smoke and ventilation ducts; making arches and vaults; construction of reinforced walls, flat lintels and Klein ceilings; bricklaying of cornices and parapets; bricklaying chimneys; installation of window and door joinery as well as construction joinery elements; pointing of walls, facing walls with veneer brick, ceramic cladding and stone; laying anti-moisture insulation on the walls being constructed, installing thermal and acoustic insulation on the walls or inside the walls; execution of plasters of lower categories that protect external walls against damp with rainwater making floors
