About us

WORKSOL Group is a company operating in the HR industry since 2009. We provide staff to leading companies in Poland or carry out orders for them as a responsible subcontractor. Below we are pleased to present you a job offer for the position of: bakery products packer in a bakery plant.

About our client

Our client, for whom we carry out the order as a responsible subcontractor, is a company that has been operating on the market for over 30 years. It has a network of several dozen bakeries/confectionery shops. It is a very dynamically developing company, very recognizable in the Lower Silesian and Opole voivodeships.

Position requirements

Your duties will include:
  • collecting bakery products from the conveyor belt;
  • collecting bakery crates from two production lines;
  • packing finished products into collective containers;
  • maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace;

Our expectations:

  • research for sanitary and epidemiological purposes
  • good physical condition;
  • no contraindications to standing work;
  • no contraindications to lifting weights;
  • no contraindications to work at night;
  • manual skills;
  • efficient and quick hands;
  • knowledge of Polish will be an additional advantage;

We offer

  • heavier work performed by men: PLN 25/hour. net;
  • lighter work performed by women: PLN 20/hour. net;
  • we employ men, women and couples
Work hours:
  • Sunday - 7:00 p.m. - 4:30
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 7:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m
  • Thursday - 18:30 - 4:30
  • Friday - 17:30 - 5:00
  • total: about 180-190 hours a month

Additional information:
  • working time 6 days a week at night
  • form of employment: mandate contract
  • commuting to work: at your own expense
  • accommodation: organized by us, paid by the employee, approximately PLN 800, or you can arrange it yourself
  • employee care: care provided by a coordinator who speaks your language
  • place of work: Jelcz-Laskowice
  • legalization of stay and work in Poland: possibility of obtaining a residence card/work permit
