WORKSOL Group is a company operating in the HR industry since 2009. We provide personnel to a leading company in Poland. We are pleased to present a job offer for a masseur / masseuse therapist in Poland. We only work with experienced and reliable massage salons in Poland.

What does a masseur therapist do?

The task of an experienced therapist is to make the client feel better after the massage. Clients come with different problems and expectations. Some people require a strong, deep massage that will relieve muscle tension, while others expect a relaxing or cosmetic massage in order to, for example, improve their well-being or appearance. The most common reason for visiting massage salons is definitely back pain, which the therapist should solve.

Position requirements

    • remuneration from PLN 17-25 per hour net + bonus for the massage performed (10-20% depending on the massage parlor
    • total monthly salary from PLN 4,000 to PLN 6,000
    • number of working hours 10 hours a day from 07:00 to 17:00 + Saturdays (working hours related to massage constitute about 50% of working time, the rest of the time is waiting for the client or taking care of other duties in the salon)
    • free accommodation (payable costs related to communal fees – about PLN 200-400 per month
    • form of employment: mandate contract or employment contract

      We offer

      • daily preparation of the salon for receiving customers (cleaning the rooms, making the massage bed, folding towels)
      • serving tea to customers after the massage
      • receiving clients, explaining the massage procedures performed
      • carrying out the massage with the techniques selected by the masseur (preferred Asian techniques)
      • cleaning the room after the massage and preparing the room for the next one
      • keeping records of massages performed, service of the payment terminal and the cash register
      • a minimum of 5 years of experience in working as a therapist masseur
      • the ability to perform massages using eastern techniques such as: Lomi lomi, Thai massage, hot stone massage, massage with the use of an aromatic candle
      • knowledge of the English language
      • high personal culture and body aesthetics
      • knowledge of the Polish language will be an additional advantage
